Cooking Class: Christmas Party

Saturday, December 7th, 11 am - 1 pm: Christmas Party
-Bruschetta Di Puree Di Cannellini: Cannellini beans, shrimp, fennel and grape tomatoes
-Insalata Natalizia: Endive, apple, grilled corn, arugula, gorgonzola, glazed walnuts, citrus aged balsamic condiment.
- Ravioli Del Plin: Mini ravioli filed with beef, chicken and veal. Served in veal truffle demi and parmigiano.
-Costata Di Maiale Organico: Roasted organic Korobuta rack of pork, with rosemary, garlic, fennel pollen, roasted mixed
baby potatoes.
-Pannetonne: Traditional Italian sweet bread shared during the Christmas holidays. We'll be making a Prosecco zabaione to go with it!
What happens:
Chef Marzano invites you behind the scenes to learn some of his favorite recipes. Receive 1 ½ hours instruction and then sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve just made!
