Italian Thanksgiving Dishes

- Polentine: Polenta cups filled with gorgonzola, speck, and pine nuts.

- Tortelli Di Zucca: Handmade pasta filled with butternut squash in a butter sage and parmigiano sauce.

- Tacchino Al Porcini: Porcini rub roasted turkey, served with rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes.

- Panna Cotta: With strawberry coulis.

What happens:

Chef Marzano invites you behind the scenes to learn some of his favorite recipes. Receive 1 ½ hours instruction and then sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve just made!
